Audience & delegate handling

Debate audiences and conference delegeates are a key part of any production. They need to be carefully sourced and looked after, to protect their experience of the event.

If they are participating in the programme then it is important the make sure they are in the corect frame of mind, not distracted by minor housekeeping concerns.
