Courtney has more than 40 years of professional services experience, having lead major projects and directed many commercial business ventures in Europe and USA as a Senior Equity Partner for a major blue chip international construction consultancy. Although his core career was as a Chartered Surveyor he brings to the organisation key business knowledge and management skills, having progressed to the top table. with all the economic highs and lows, together with all the various personalities en route. Courtney’s strength lies in the interpersonal skills and tenacity to deal with most elaborate of business challenges.

Upon formal retirement from his full time career in 2007, Courtney joined Just add air just as business growth generated the necessity to evolve the entity into an LLP. However, while commercial awareness is a vital necessity to any business, so is the administrative accountability that evolves from its growth. He is the steady hand on the business tiller.

Courtney directs the strategic, contractual and financial aspects of the business.
